ALTERED PICTURE FRAME PROJECT.

This project I made as a thank you for my friend Olga. She loves dress forms and I just had to add one in. This was a fun project and I wished I had gotten more of these frames that I found at Michaels. I think they make great gifts. I kinda scrap lifted the idea from the very talented TERI Take a peek at her beautiful frames, she made some as gifts for her children's teacher, is that a great idea or what.
