Embroidery Inspired Shabby Chic Junk Journal.

I was putting some bundles together of little embroidery tid bits that I've been gathering for a while now. The bundles turned out so pretty and I had some material left, so I decided to create some journals with them.  I think, maybe not, this will be the last summery looking ones because I'm so ready for all.

Zinnias in my garden.

This year I assigned some precious garden area inside the kitchen garden, the two front beds. I ordered some seeds on line, this time, all pinks and I love them so much. Hoping to save seeds for next year. I know Zinnias are considered common flowers, they are one of my favs.

SO thankful for our garden this year.

The garden this year has exceeded out expectations. It's loving all this rain, I can't get out and play, but that's ok I sure use the time for indoor projects. Just look all this goodness. We're already designing next year's garden, making plans and plant list. It's just going to get better and better every year. Just like our old established Florida garden. This little garden is only 3 years old and the first 2 years was all mainly infrastructure work.

How god speaks to you.

God speaks to you through his word, that's the main way, he has it all there for us. But, he also uses people, even animals and sometime, a found simple quote. How do you know it's from God, because you believe in him, you feel it. 

He will send you angels with messages. I know god spoke to me once through a beloved lost pet in a dream, yes it was straight from him. It's almost like the more you stay in tune with God, the more you see it. I have been praying about guidance or an indication and he sent me my answer in this quote that I just found. Thank you Lord, for your protection.
