I LOVE WIRE BASKETS.

I love how this wire basket turned out. I started by spray painting i,t then I made a liner out of this vintage table runner. I just how love how it turned out. I also made a few more chunky charms to dangle around.

 

 

I love this soft shade of pink, is my new addiction.

Crafty Mother's day fun.

 

This year for mother's day I hosted a little brunch at our home. Only one of my sis was able to make it, but we had a fun and relaxing afternoon. My niece and nephew gave me  this cute flower arrangement, even though I'm not a mom,  love it.

We had the most delicious Cuban food that of course I did not cook, thank God for take out.  Afterwards while the men talked and watch TV,  we simply played.  

 

                                                     Even my sweet mom got in on it.

                          While my cute little nephew discovered stencils, this kid is adorable.

A NEW HEAD PIECE FOR MY ELLA.

 

This is the beautiful crown I received last year in a Christmas crown swap with Francie from THE SCENTED COTTAGE, make sure to peek into her blog, she is so talented! I know is suppose to be a Christmas crown, but I think is beautiful year round and so enjoy just looking at it. She did an amazing job and  I love it so.

 

 

Well now my Ella gets a crown change for a bit. All the  flowers in the crown are hand made from resin, she shaped and molded every single petal. The crown was made by my sweet friend LORISA. Lorisa is working on making more You Tube videos and I can't wait. Her profession is a retired fashion designer  right from the New York fashion district. Can you just imagine all the beautiful creations she has seen . I can't wait to see more of her work.

These are just a few of the pieces that were sent to me by my friend Lorisa. She had said that she was putting a box of goodies together for me and OMG. This box was huge, it took me an hour to unpack it, she did such a great job with the packing. All the pieces got to me in perfect condition and all I can say is that she made me very happy. Take a look!

 

This gorgeous hand made head piece she made for my Ella. This is truly a piece of art. All the flowers are hand made, petal by petal and then she wired and mold them into this elegant head band piece. I did a little photo shoot of my Ella all dressed in her beautiful head piece, show you latter.

She also sent me some gorgeous single stem hand made Roses and other flowers. I'm so excited about  that because I plan on using them in a project that I can't wait to get started on.

These two beautiful pieces are probably my favorite. The white egg can hold a candle inside, it's so pretty. The little bunny is so darn cute. I do have these pieces out, because I want to enjoy them for a  little bit before I put them away for Easter. Love them.  THANK YOU Lorisa, I'm so blessed by your friendship and kindness.
