This is Charlotte and she's found her happy home.

I had so much fun creating this cute journal, the color, the printables, the fabrics and laces, oh my. The digitals are from Dixie Dust Files and they are so adorable. I think my favs are the button cards, they're so cute. What's not to love about pink and blue.
Actually she went to her new home about month ago, it's just that I'm so behind posting here in my blog. I mainly use this platform for me, to keep a visual record specially of my garden.

Styling a vintage metal stool for Fall.

I found this sweet little stool junking around with my sister and I love her. What I love most is that I can tell she was really loved. I did cleaned her up, and that just revealed more of the scratches. Leaving her just the way she is and now I have one more surface to play with. Happy Fall everyone.

Looking back at our 2022 garden.

One last look at garden. The garden has filled in very nicely this year, loving my peri annuals. I'm starting my trays for the fall garden season and I'm so excited because I'm trying all kinds of new things. Of course the flowers are my favorite, even though my Jamo would prefer more produce, lol.
I was a little disappointed with the tomatoes this year. But, always grateful and blessed for what God has allowed us to harvest. He is so good to us, more than we deserve.
I would have to say that my favorite spot in the garden this year was the spot right under the grape trellis. That spot always stayed cooler and I would go there for a little refuge from the intense sun. If I ever redo the grape trellis I would make it bigger so I can put a little bench or some kind of sitting area.  We got a nice harvest of grapes and they were delish, I wish I kept the tag. I have to go back and look in my garden journals, I know the name is in one of them. Adios flowers, see ya next year.

Our Fall fireplace décor for 2022, in love.

Been decorating little by little, taking my time and enjoying every minute. I'm so ready to welcome this new fall season, so much to be thankful for, God is so good. As much as I love decorating our front porch and I will, I think I love the usage of the pumpkins this way more. Pumpkins just coming down the chimney, lol. I'm still planning on having some on the front porch, but most of them I will keep here. We get to see and enjoy those beautiful fall colors everyday as we walk by them.
I'm pretty much used what I already had, love to challenge myself on ways to use my décor stash. Hubby did treat me to a few new items from HL, my sister is an enabler and I went with her. I wanting to redo my 3 tier tin tray and I was wanting more white. I will share it on another post, it turned out so pretty and I'm so happy with it.
If decorating is your thing, I wish you have lots of fun making your house a cozy home for the this fall season.

Isabella.

This is Isabella and she is gorgeous. I went for it, Red, yes red and I now I love working with red. She is Boho vintage and oh so beautiful. For the very front I gave her a tuck , I made the tuck out of a vintage collar, I only used a piece of a vintage collar but it was just perfect. She's very rich looking with tons of textures, pockets, tucks, journaling spots, envelopes and tags.  For her closure I put together that focal round piece of jewelry, it's a dangle. I used my very favorite closure which is a simple piece of German twine. I love the contrast of the pretty vintage lace and the rustic jute twine.
She also found her happy home right away and I have a You Tube on her, the pictures do no justice to her beauty.

Olivia

I have bee neglecting my blog and I so enjoy  blogging and I have been doing it for over 10 years. It's kinda my way of journaling and keeping pictures of my creations. Well I know it's not an excuse, but I have been so busy creating that I can barely keep up.
I had to stop taking custom orders and I'm not sure if can can ever get back to those. Well, anyway going to try and catchup on some of my most resent journals. This is Olivia and I loved her so much. She was a lot of fun to put together, the digital kit that is used was gorgeous. This kit was in pink and peach tones, just what I so love. I added hints of sage green, I think those colors work so well together. She was a one signature journal with the exposed binding, that's how I like to make mine. Well, she sold withing minutes and now she's now in her happy home.

Esmeralda is her name.

Tag I made For Heather.

This beautiful image is from one of her digitals. I used an embossed wall paper to make the tag and then I started my layering. I wanted it to be kinda neutral, that was a challenge, but I think I pulled it off. The button strip is from a vintage wedding dress that I tea dyed.
