Hobby Lobby haul, OMG.

Who can passably walk into Hobby Lobby and not buy a thing? Not me. OMG the Christmas decorations. Have no idea what I'll be doing with these fabrics, but I'm sure I can think of something. I collect swans, so I think this fabric was made just for me, love it.

I can't help but compare.

  1. This may not mean much to others but to me it means a lot. This is a faded grain sack that my sister found today junking around. It was from the "Central Hershey" apparently they had a sugar mill in my birth country of Cuba. Wow, to me that's like tangible evidence that what my parents always say, "Cuba was once a free and prosperous country" is true. That was before big government took over. Took from the rich, cause everyone had to be equal. Took over what your children were taught in school, because what's socialism without some good brain washing. Took over the health care system. Forget about owning a gun and tossed God to the side of the road. Cuba was once just like the US. Today get in line to see a Dr. that has no meds to treat you and get your ration card out to see if the grocery store has what you need to feed your family. That's why I get so paranoid around election time, cause all this crap sounds so familiar to me. I've been hearing it my whole life. I so want the US to continue to be a "free and prosperous" country. I love it.

Happy planner fall set up.

Ok trying to keep my mind off politics, so decided to just keep working on my planners. So far I've started working on my Happy Planner November mission board, so much fun. I think I'm going to get back to my layouts and card making, I miss working with all the pretty papers. It's going to be difficult cause my supplies are not easily accessible, but I'll work with what I can.

OMG another addiction, Happy Planner stickers.

These are so cute, and they're coming out with new ones. I don't need another hobby but it's too late already.

New coloring books.

I'm hooked on these coloring books, it's so relaxing. Not sure if I shared the one about the chickens, I love that one. I'm going to color a few of them, going to frame them and give them to my sister to put inside her chicken coop. How cool would that be. Have to put some kind of sealer on them, so they'll last for a little bit. I think this cup is so cute, I found it at the mall. Got two, one for my artsy niece and one for me, I love it.

Can't wait to color this page, adorable.

                                                                            LOVE.

This one I found in the same store, so cute.

Blogging hiccups.

Sorry bloggie friends, we have been having some problems with a new antivirus that hubby installed into mine and his computer.  I think the antivirus was a virus, lol. Thanks to the all the sweet friends that have contacted me because they can't comment here. We're working on it, hopefully we'll get things back to normal soon. Thank you, I love all sweet comment and look forward to them.

Garden walk in October.

Not much going on in the garden, there are a few things still blooming and they add such a pop of color. This month I mainly been cleaning up and pruning as much as I can. Hopefully it will get cooler soon, I'm planing to do some pressure cleaning. I don't know why but I look forward to pressure cleaning projects. It leaves everything so clean and new looking.

I just love the lazy look of Spanish Moss.
