More pretty girlie bling and finds.

These are some of my latest finds. Some I found junking around and some I got on E-bay. I can't wait to start playing with them.

Shopping day! What FUN.

Scrappy Tuesday turned into shopping Tuesday. Olga played hookie from work, I had nothing to do with that LOL, and picked me up. We met the Broward girls Janet and Dale for some shopping fun over at The Paper Niche. Boy can time fly when you're in a scrapbooking store with friends. We had a great time over lunch, we really need to do this more ofter.
Thank you Dale and Jane for the goodies you gave me, love them.

What I've been working on.

I could not miss this month's ATC swap at YPP the theme was Alice and you know I love Alice. This is my take on it. For the background I tea dyed, iron, glued and stamped on used dryer sheets. I love how they turned out. I'll be doing a You Tube with more details.


I found this cute glass birdie. I painted her beack with a pink marker and glued some feathers. She now shines and dangles over my work area, oh so pretty.

Mardi Gras file folder swap.

These are the beautiful works of art I received from the swap I host over at YPP. These ladies are amazing !!!!! I love them all.

My white vellum butterfly bush.

This paper vellum butterfly bush I made to welcome my scrappy friends to my humble home. I'm having a scrapbooking crop party in a few weeks and I wanted to do something special for them, some thing that only a paper crafter would appreciate.

The vase I've had for ever and I keep inventing things to do with it. As a filler I hand cut music sheet paper. The branches I've used before to dangle snow flakes as part of my Christmas decoration.

All I had to do was cut vellum butterflies. All this white vellum paper was just given to me by my sweet and talented friend Ivett as if though she knew I needed them. For the smaller butterflies I used the Martha Stuart butterfly punch, that I love. For the other larger butterflies I did a template, traced it and just sat and cut. There are over 100 butterflies and I sure hope my friends like it.

My take on a junk journal.

I had so much fun working on this project, I'm a gardener after all. This junk journal I created for the JUNK MARKET
swap over at Your Paper Pantry. This swap is hosted by my friend Ivett, I love her work and I can't wait to show you her take on it. I can't stop looking at her journal, gorgeous!!!!

MORE GOODNESS TO PLAY WITH.

These vintage little findings are my new fav things. I want to take my time and enjoy the creative process. I have a lot in mind for these pieces, I'll be re painting and maybe do some beading and definitely altering the doll pin cushion or maybe......... I'll leave her just like this.
